The Gardening Club was started in 1998 by Mr Lynne Davies of Dol-y-Dderwen, a retired horticultural judge.  The Club caters for all types of gardeners, from beginners to specialists, all enjoying the varied programme from in-house speakers to invited guests and demonstrations.  Throughout the year, members go on outings, have social evenings and a village garden walk during the summer.  After the Pandemic of 2020, however, the club has been incorporated into the newly formed Llangain Hwb since 2022.  The Hwb meets in the hall every Wednesday morning between 10.30am and 12pm.
